- In the months of January to March and in the months of November and December, with the exception of holidays and special dates, you can cancel/change a reservation without charge, up to 14 daysbefore the arrival date.
- In the months of April to October and on all holidays and special dates – you can cancel/change a reservation without charge, up to 30 days before the arrival date.
- In case of later cancellation/change, the guest will be charged the full amount.
