• The entire area of ​​the property, including the yard and pool, is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay and no part of it is shared or public. Think of it as your private home while visiting the city. Our properties are family oriented. Reservation is only possible for people over 28 years old.
• All guests are required to sign a document related to pool and property safety requirements, as well as our “hospitality policy”. Every guest must leave a deposit of NIS 2,000 which will be refunded during the check-out process if no problem occurs.

• Restrictions: No smoking is allowed inside the property and no pets are allowed. Parties or events are prohibited; no loud music is allowed. It is forbidden to accommodate additional guests who are not included and registered properly.
